This is Something I witnessed some years ago while walking home from the local market one night

I had been walking along minding my own business when I spotted a slim male ill say about
130 pounds he was wearing a black tee shirt short sleeve with no label with blue pants worn kind of loose not sure of the brand name had short spiked black hair and was caring a plastic bag from the local radio shack. I had been walking behind him for some time when another person approached him. was slightly taller then the other and was wearing a white perhaps Hands brand tee shirt with a Lime Green Jansport Superbreak model backpack with both black straps over his solders to the point where they longer on the back then the front with black pants which looked to be dress pants which were kind of baggy on the bottom. He also had a black ski mask which Looked to be a common sports brand which sadly perverted me from viewing the persons face however as you can tell im being very descriptive As to the details in hope of creating a better perception of the event. The ski mask was odd due to the fact it was summertime this caught my interest I began thinking I was about to witness a robbery. Like a good common citizen
I became alert of this and was ready to help the guy out. I witnessed the male talking to the person in the ski mask for a short time. Seeing this I thought with common sense perhaps there friends and lowered my alert level and started once again Walking. The following comments are what was heard whale walking to there position

There as i forgot to state had been an rather long Alle near by as there always is in New York city the two proceeded into this Alle Now when something interest me I act on it and become quite noisy instead of walking the needed 4 blocks home I turned also into the alle thinking if i happen to be asked by them what i doing ill know they were up to something. And most likely tell them im Cutting through as a short cut. Hares where it gets sexual as well as bizarre it had taken some time to get to the alle as well as walk to there position. When i arrived there in observed the male handcuffed to a gas pipe with his pants and underwear on the ground by him the man With the ski mask and backpack was bending down and Doing what looked what looked like manipulation of the mans genitals i do recall the guy repeating the words what the fuck are you doing well i ran out of there when i could of helped the guy some citizen i am anyway it was the strangest sexual event I’ve ever seen.
